Warehouse Facility, Gouldsboro, PA
Project Overview
Power Engineering Corporation is currently completing a complex HVAC mechanical installation for an approximately 1.3 million SF warehouse facility with office and MDF spaces. The project includes the removal and installation of mechanical equipment, heating and cooling systems, galvanized sheet metal ductwork and air distribution, refrigerant and condensate piping, controls, insulation, equipment start-up, and testing and balancing.
A major project milestone was recently completed with the safe removal of 37 existing rooftop units and placement of 71 new rooftop HVAC units utilizing a coordinated helicopter lift operation. Extensive planning, logistics, rigging coordination, and safety measures allowed the lift to be completed safely and efficiently while maintaining the project’s demanding construction schedule.
Power Engineering’s scope also includes rooftop preparation, rigging coordination, ductwork modifications, and final equipment connections necessary to deliver complete and operational HVAC systems.
