Project Description:
Renovation of the second floor to house Prudentialu2019s new offices. This project included removing existing ductwork and old variable air volume boxes (VAV) and pneumatic controls. New ductwork was fabrication and installed according to the new floor plan. The new VAV boxes had new heating piping run to each of the coils. In addition the existing pneumatic controls were upgraded to direct digital controls.
